Our Learning and Development Officer has extensive experience designing and delivering quality training for employees of Enhanced Lifestyles and other disability organisations within the disability sector. Our training is underpinned by current theory and best practice and can be tailored to your organisational requirements and cohort.
We have two state-of-the-art training rooms, which can also be opened to form one large space. We also have our very own clinical training room that includes a hospital-regulation-sized bed and an adult-sized medical training aid.
Enhanced Lifestyles conducts support worker training and induction for new staff entering the disability sector. This is also for those seeking appropriate training and assessment to work for an individual NDIS participant or an NDIS service provider. Our training will provide you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to provide high-quality care and assistance.
